The way our brain functions has an influence on how we perform academically, socially and behaviourally. It seems that the levels of brain function we have learned to access determines if we experience and display tendencies of a growing spectrum of identifiable conditions. For example: Dyslexia, Dyspraxia (DCD), ADD, ADHD, APD or CAPD, Autism / Aspergers, a frustrating “non-specific learning difficulty”, or a combination of some or all (scarily called co-morbidity). Or another difficulty with learning that does not fit the medical or psychological parameters for diagnosis.
