We aim to hold stocks of all items displayed on the website, however
occasionally stock is not available from our suppliers. When this happens
we will contact you and agree how to proceed.
Faulty Goods: Should a product prove to be faulty, please advise us
by Email and return the item by Royal Mail Recorded to ensure that you
have proof of posting. Please advise us if you wish a replacement or a
full refund. We will reimburse the return postage.
Unwanted or Unsuitable Goods: Should a product turn out to be not what
you expected, we offer an exchange or a refund of the purchase price if
the goods are returned to us in a perfect re-saleable condition within
14 days of your receiving them. Again please contact us by Email before
returning. Any return should be well packaged prior to sending by Royal
Mail Recorded Delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure
we receive the goods. Refunds will only be made on receipt of the goods.
We are unable to reimburse the cost of the return postage.
Methods of Payment: The majority of our sales are
to organisations such as LEAs and NHS Trusts who pay via the Banking
System. It is uneconomical
for us to offer a credit or debit card facility so we continue to offer
a payment by cheque facility for individual customers or smaller establishments.
Please write your card details on the reverse of your cheque. At our discretion
we may clear the cheque before shipping the goods ordered.

Since we do not offer a credit or debit card facility we only hold your
name and dispatch address on our computerised invoice record files.
We will not supply any of these details to any third party for any reason.
